PURCHASE OF HOME BRINGS LIFE TO LOCAL MINISTRY

Jesus Our Boss purchased a home in Placerville and the ministry transformed overnight. “We’ve needed a home to call our own and we finally have it,” said executive director Allie Sinsley Reuscher. JOB has leased a home for over 6 years for the JOB men’s re entry program. Providing a home for men as they attain documentation, education, work and financial security is pivotal to JOB’s programming. And the housing market in El Dorado county has been challenging. Jim Aldrich helped JOB find the home to meet their unique needs. The men in the program are beyond grateful to have a home to call their own. “It’s so emotional. I’ve always dreamed of having a front porch and a white picket fence and God has actually provided that!” shared house resident Danny. JOB looks forward to the year ahead and to many projects fixing up the home. For information on Jesus Our Boss or to help with house projects visit jesusourboss.com.
